Service Contract Act (SCA) is a federal labor standards statute, with a principal purpose to furnish services in the United States through the use of service employees. Participants receive skills training in Peckham’s Business Services, Supply Chain Solutions and Environmental Services.
The Service Contract Act provides a supportive environment to individuals with a disability who may eventually obtain competitive employment.
