Peckham Sponsored Events
Peckham hosts a variety of annual events for its clients and their families to celebrate the abilities of persons with disabilities and recognize the valuable contributions made to the organization.
A holiday party and summer picnic are offered each year to Peckham clients and their families. Peckham staff coordinate and volunteer at these events.

The
Peckham Community Partnership Foundation supports a variety of vocational and social activities for Peckham clients and their families.
Career Adventure
This program allows Peckham clients and their children to explore a variety of career options and vocational interests thorugh job shadow, evaluations and assessments.
Higgins Lake
This event provides a three-night, camping retreat for adults with disabilities. It provides participants a wonderful opportunity to explore many outdoor activities, while building lifelong friendships. Coordinated and staffed by a team of volunteers, this retreat offers swimming, camping, parades and events.
Science Camp
Each summer, this week long science camp for clients’ children, ages 12 to 15, receive a real-world view into the science and operation behind robotics. The goal is to stimulate the interest in science and technology among young people.
Venture Crew
Venture Crew 10 is a scout crew for adults with disabilities. The mission is to promote community involvement, leadership development and positive social skills.
