The Peckham Experience- Disability Awareness training opened our eyes to various disabilities, how to better understand them and how we can better accommodate our caregivers.
When you’re working at Peckham and you have that support system it provides a sense of relief. This is the first time I’ve felt like myself in the three years since my injury. Working at Peckham has taken that anxiety away and it also helped me to build my confidence in what I was doing.
