Ryan Tasovac is an experienced integrated facilities management leader with more than a decade of expertise in large-scale operations, vendor oversight, and human services. As Senior Vice President of Custodial Services, he brings a strong background in leading high-performing teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and delivering operational excellence through strategic, data-driven initiatives.
A champion for inclusivity and empowerment, Ryan has led custodial teams comprised of individuals with significant disabilities, aligning closely with Peckham’s mission to maximize human potential. His industry leadership includes board service with the Cleaning Industry Research Institute (CIRI) and past advisory roles with the CloroxPro HealthyClean™ Training Program and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), where he helped set global best practices in safety and cleaning standards.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration and multiple professional certifications, including OSHA 10, ISSA Custodial Supervisor, and Certified Pool Operator. His commitment to creating secure, efficient, and inclusive environments underscores his dedication to Peckham’s mission and social enterprise model. Before joining Peckham, Ryan spent nearly ten years volunteering with a local farmers’ market in Evanston, Illinois—a community-focused experience that echoes Peckham’s values of connection, opportunity, and empowerment.
