He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Kentucky University and is guided by core values such as integrity, accountability, and inclusivity. Tony’s leadership is centered on creating spaces where people feel empowered to grow, contribute, and succeed.

Outside of work, Tony finds inspiration in nature through camping, hiking, and kayaking with his family—experiences that fuel his commitment to resilience, both personally and professionally.
