GRAND RAPIDS, MI– Peckham, Inc. has expanded its contact center operations in Grand Rapids with one of its federal contracts. As a part of this expansion, the organization is hiring full and part-time customer service representative positions (CSR) in its inbound contact center. Nearly 100 additional positions are available.  

The CSR job includes answering phone calls from U.S. citizens and using a computer-based knowledge system to answer general questions to assist callers. Veterans and people with disabilities, including various medical, physical, social, mental or learning disabilities are encouraged to apply.   

Wages begin at $16.20 per hour with a health and welfare benefit of $4.41 per hour. There is also a need for Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates. To be eligible for these jobs, candidates must: be a U.S. citizen, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass a federal background check. Candidates who successfully complete training will receive a $350 sign-on bonus.
