Lansing, MI- Peckham has been named as one of Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness, a program that recognizes companies that promote employee wellbeing, worksite health and wellness. Winning companies are evaluated on best practices, along with health and wellness benchmarking standards in the industry.

The 2022 winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by a leading wellness systems firm. Entries were examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. Criteria included outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment.
