Lansing, MI- Peckham has been named as one of Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness, a program that recognizes companies that promote employee wellbeing, worksite health and wellness. Winning companies are evaluated on best practices, along with health and wellness benchmarking standards in the industry.

Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® winning companies had an opportunity to collaborate with other winning companies from across the county during the National Best and Brightest Summit on September 27 and September 28, 2023, at the Detroit Athletic Club.
The 2023 winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by a leading wellness systems firm. Entries were examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based on criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. Criteria included outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation and incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment.
