“I am very grateful for the opportunity to serve at Peckham Inc. with wonderful colleagues. It was a great experience that I will always remember and look back on with pride…[I am most proud of] The ability to reach out to others in my community and provide them with the services they needed I am especially proud of the number of tax returns we completed an the quality of service we provided. Our annual report was the icing on the cake.”

Matthew B. – 2016-2017

“This whole experience was a risk, but I am glad that I took it, because nothing but positive came from this experience.”

Cheyenne T. – 2018-2019

“It made me realize how much I missed being in the Human Service side, and the ability to use my skills to help others overcome barriers and achieve their goals. It opened the door for me to see this, resulting in my returning to doing what I truly enjoy doing.”

Jennifer M. – 2019-2020

“Learning the experiences of a population I had not been exposed to very often prior to this service [was a positive result or benefit of my service position]. Positively impacting people and helping them to achieve their goals through enhanced English language whether that be in their professional career or personal life.”
